In late summer of 1999, God brought three men together who had separate, but coinciding dreams. In their childhood, each had been called to ministry in music evangelism. As youths, each were members of gospel-singing groups. But as adults, what was left was a hope and vision of ministering as musical evangelists. For one the voice was silent for 17 years. For another, the opportunity to sing was intermittent. The other continued to minister on a local level through various titles and roles, but he still dreamed of once again being a member of a musical evangelist team given toward excellence in performance and ministry. For years, each continued to pray that someday God would find a way to bring their calling into fruition.

After much prayer and listening within his heart, Louis Ramirez asked Tim Blevins and Rick Graham to join their hearts and voices with his – and PRYSM was formed. Their first concert was in October 1999. As the holidays were upon them, they kept a light schedule for the remainder of 1999, but in Spring of 2000, doors sprung open and PRYSM has kept a demanding schedule since.

PRYSM’s engagements in 2000 and 2001 took them to various metropolitan areas and various churches within those regions: San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Albuquerque, Salt Lake City and Chicago. 2002 finds them back with many old friends, and with many new churches and venues.

As PRYSM’s identity and ministry has developed it has became apparent that God is calling PRYSM to lead the people to a Throne Room worship experience. Before each concert, PRYSM prays that by the end of the concert, each man, woman and child present will know and feel that they have been led through praise and worship into the very Throne Room and presence of God.

In their testimonies, they speak of broken hearts being restored, of past callings by God still being valid. They challenge the listeners to hold on to dreams, to callings, and to begin walking in the steps ordained by God. After their concerts/ministering, often one or another of them can be found praying in a corner with a weeping child of God who has wondrously been given hope again.

Due to the ever-changing landscape of their personal lives, and the need to keep committed to their PRYSM engagements, Louis, Rick and Tim prayed that God would send them a fourth member who could stand with them in excellence of ministry and love for God and God’s people. In January of 2001, Keith Clark, who holds a degree in voice, and is truly dedicated in his service to God, joined PRYSM.

In June 2001, Rick Graham resigned from PRYSM as his heart was being drawn to other ministry avenues.

Sure to bless any group, any size, young or old, PRYSM stands ready and equipped to offer you straight from the portals of heaven, a Throne Room Experience you will not soon forget!

Tim started singing in church as a young child in Kansas City. He was raised in a Christian family with many members of his family preachers and singers. Beginning as a teenager, he traveled for many years with a Southern Gospel quartet, who sang and recorded several songs that he wrote. His testimony is a powerful telling of God’s unconditional and reconciling love.

Louis was raised in a Christ-centered and loving family. Louis credits his father as being the most influential person in his life – both musically and spiritually. By example, Louis learned at a young age to give his musical gifts back to God. While attending his last year at a Bible College, Louis formed a vocal group, Sounds of Praise, who traveled full-time for 3 years. He has been actively involved as a music director/artist for 20 years.

Keith joined PRYSM in January 2001. He has a Fine Arts degree and has experience in the musical theater and movie film industries. He was a member of Manhattan Light Opera in New York City. As a child/teenager, he participated in the National Evangelical Free Choir.
